The Primal Plan

$250 per month

All subscriptions are month-to-month. This means no long-term commitments and you can cancel at any time.

This plan has been designed to generate real and permanent change. We’ll work closely on the most important components of primal health- nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle change.

Nutrition is the single most influential factor to take back your health. More than 80% of your body composition is based on diet and it’s the foundation for a healthy life. We’ll cover:

  • The ‘Big Three’ modern toxic foods to avoid

  • How to use fat for fuel

  • Metabolic flexibility and the role of hormones

  • How often and when to eat

  • Practical pantry-purging, grocery shopping, and meal prepping tips

Fitness is next, once diet is dialed-in. I’ll explain how conventional exercise routines are doing more harm than good and show that fitness can be simple and enjoyable- without an expensive gym membership. We’ll cover:

  • The four Primal Essential Movements for strength and fat loss

  • How to combat a sedentary lifestyle

  • Why sprinting is the ultimate primal workout

  • What ‘chronic cardio’ is and how to avoid it

Lifestyle brings it all together. Modern life is fraught with screens, stress, and responsibilities that directly affect any nutrition and fitness gains. We’ll cover:

  • The do’s and don’ts of quality sleep

  • How stress affects hormones

  • The importance of sun exposure and vitamin D

  • Bringing back play

The plan includes:

  • One 60-90 minute kickoff meeting

  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (in-person or virtual)

  • Resources to further your primal journey including blogs, books, podcasts, handouts, recipes, and more
